ABOUT OUR COFFEE
Since 2005, Rowster Coffee has been hand roasting specialty coffee in a 20 lb, American made, steel coffee roaster. It's an old idea made new in a time of mass production.
Our new favorite Grand rapids bean roaster! We partnered with them in March 2024, shortly after our 1st anniversary! We met the owners and loved their mission. We tasted the coffee and we were sold! It's been a wonderful transition for our customers as well. We're proud to support another local business as that is something we have always been passionate about!

UMBRA
Roast Level: Dark
Tasting Notes: Cocoa, Bold, Smoky
Description: A blend of South American beans roasted darker than any of our other coffees. Our version of an "Italian roast" but still dropped right before second crack, where true Italian roasts are taken past second crack.
This is our most popular espresso blend and also makes a great dark roast drip coffee.
